RomoCrafts – Personalized Products

At RomoCrafts, each item is crafted with care and attention to offer you a unique, personalized product. We understand how important it is to receive your order in perfect condition, which is why we have a clear and fair policy for handling damaged items.

📦 Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

Personalised products cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong item, or no longer wishes to keep the product.

Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.

🔁 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is verified, RomoCrafts will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not possible, RomoCrafts reserves the right to offer an alternative solution, including a refund where appropriate.

📨 How to Report a Damaged Product

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

  • Please include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage or issue

    • A brief description of the issue

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • You do not need to return the damaged product in most cases.

    If a return is required, RomoCrafts will provide instructions and cover any necessary return shipping costs.

All products sold by RomoCrafts are personalised and made specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that personalised products are generally exempt from the EU right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
